Pricing & fees

No hidden fees. No surprises. Here’s how DS Corp pricing works.

Every quote is built from the same plain components. You see each one before you pay anything — and customs is always called out separately, never buried.

What you pay for

The components of a quote.

Customs & dutiesSet by your country on import — paid by you.Your customs authority

Our service fee depends on your order’s quantity and the scope of work involved — a single small item and a bulk order with custom packaging don’t cost the same to manage, so we don’t pretend they do with one flat percentage. What stays constant is how the fee is presented: it’s always shown as its own line, separate from the product cost and shipping, before you pay anything.

Be clear

What a quote does not include.

Import duties and taxes are set by your country and collected at the border, so they sit outside our quote. We prepare accurate invoices and never under-declare value to dodge them.

Worked examples

Roughly what an order looks like.

A ₹2,000 item to the UK

Product cost₹2,000
Service + QC + export₹300–500
Shipping₹1,200–1,800
Customs (paid at border)Set by UK customs — see the UK page

This is an illustrative example, not a quote. Your actual service fee and shipping cost depend on the specific item, its weight, and your destination — we’ll confirm exact figures once you share what you’re looking for.

A larger order to the USA

Product cost₹15,000
Service + QC + export₹1,800–2,500
Shipping₹4,000–6,000
Customs (paid at border)No duty-free threshold in the USA — see the USA page

This is an illustrative example, not a quote. As of 2025–2026, the USA has no automatic duty-free threshold, so customs will apply to orders of any value — we’ll flag the realistic total at the quote stage.

Service, QC and export figures above are approximate ranges that move with the item and quantity — they’re here to show the shape of an order, not to price yours.

Pricing questions

How much does DS Corp charge?

Our service fee depends on your order’s quantity and scope of work — a single small item and a bulk order with custom packaging take different amounts of work to manage, so we don’t publish one flat percentage that wouldn’t be accurate for most orders. Your quote shows the fee as its own line, separate from the product cost and shipping, before you pay anything.

Do I pay anything to get a quote?

Nothing. Getting a quote is completely free. We review your request and respond within 24 hours with a transparent breakdown of product cost, service fee, and shipping. You only pay when you decide to proceed.

What does the total cost include?

Your total quote has four components: the product cost (the actual Indian marketplace price), our service fee, shipping cost, and any applicable customs and duties at your destination. Customs is always shown separately and is paid by you at your end — it’s set by your country, not us. See our Customs & Duties Guide.

Is there a minimum order value?

No — there is no minimum order value or quantity for individual orders. We quote based on what you’re looking for, whatever the size.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your quote is the complete picture — product cost, our service fee, and shipping, all on separate lines. The only thing we can’t include upfront is customs duty, since it’s set by your destination country and collected at the border. We always explain what to expect for your country before you pay. See our Customs & Duties Guide.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or repeat orders?

Pricing is quoted competitively based on your order’s quantity and scope of work from your first order, so we don’t layer a separate repeat-customer discount on top. For bulk or volume orders, pricing per unit generally improves with quantity — share your requirements and we’ll quote accordingly.

Why doesn’t DS Corp publish a fixed service-fee percentage?

Because it wouldn’t be accurate. Our fee depends on your order’s quantity and the scope of work involved — a single small item and a bulk order with custom packaging take different amounts of work to manage. We’d rather explain that honestly than publish one number that doesn’t apply to most orders.
